Executive and Leadership Coaching
When change and more responsibility require a different way of operating.
Leadership Transitions
We work with senior leaders and entrepreneurs navigating change and greater leadership responsibility. This often involves shifts from execution to setting direction, from expertise to influence, and from carrying responsibility personally to building judgment and ownership in others. Our work combines reflection with practical experimentation in real situations, helping leaders understand what keeps repeating and test different ways of operating.
PatternShift
Understand what keeps repeating. Change what keeps it in place.
A focused 1:1 programme for leaders working with a recurring pattern that needs to shift in real situations.
Our coaching is relational and question-led, drawing on Solution Focused practice and a systems-psychodynamic perspective.

Team Coaching
When a strategy everyone agrees on keeps stalling.
Most leadership teams can agree on a strategy. The harder part comes afterwards: decisions that get reopened, ownership that stays vague, issues raised in the corridor rather than the meeting, or a new leader or mandate that quietly shifts the balance of authority.
Our work focuses on building trust and creating the conditions needed for honest dialogue, constructive challenge and shared responsibility, so teams can address difficult issues, make decisions they can stand behind and leave with clear ownership of what follows.
Our approach draws on the Tavistock tradition and Group-in-Self.

Strategic Consulting
When the problem, direction or choices are not yet clear.
The strategic problem on the table is not always the problem that needs solving. We work with leaders to step back before moving to the answer, separating what is known from what is assumed, looking at what is changing outside the organisation and what may be happening inside it, and developing the best available diagnosis.
From there, the focus is on strategic choices: where to play, what not to pursue, and where value might be created differently. Assumptions are made explicit so they can be tested as conditions change rather than defended because resources have already been committed. A good strategic choice is not a fixed route. It is a clear direction, with an honest view of what would make you change course.
Our work is informed by Blue Ocean Strategy, alongside more than 25 years of international business experience, with particular depth in maritime, cross-border partnerships, joint ventures and complex commercial decisions.

LeadState™
Regulate. Refocus. Respond.
When pressure shapes the quality of your decisions.
Led jointly by a physician and an executive coach, LeadState works with the mechanics of stress regulation as they show up in real decisions: the meeting that goes sideways, the call made while depleted, the reversal three days later.
Participants practise a small set of regulation techniques and develop a personal protocol they can use in the situations where they most need to think and decide well.
Senior leaders routinely make consequential decisions under fatigue, pressure and physiological stress. LeadState makes that part of leadership visible and workable.

Navigating Sustainable Change
of the Maritime Industry
The maritime industry is navigating consequential change — where commercial complexity, regulatory pressure, and long investment cycles make the quality of decisions as important as the strategy itself.
We bring decades of maritime expertise, commercial grounding, and Blue Ocean discipline to this space — working with senior leaders and industry bodies to think more clearly, question inherited assumptions, and find the moves that create genuine progress.
Our work spans owners, operators, financiers, and policymakers — through executive coaching, senior facilitation, curated conferences, and executive roundtables.
