Voytek is the Managing Partner at Seamind Blue Ocean, an IMD executive coach, a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC), and a systems-psychodynamic team coach (Tavistock and Group-in-Self informed). Voytek supports senior leaders and leadership teams on development, change, and complex decision-making.
A former ocean navigator, Voytek brings over 25 years of international entrepreneurial and advisory experience, and a decade in executive coaching and change consulting. He has built and led ventures across Silicon Valley, Singapore, and Switzerland, primarily in the maritime sector, and has advised leaders on capital investments, cross-border partnerships, and complex commercial negotiations.
His coaching is relational and question-led, with close attention to pace, language, and what is happening in the room. He supports leaders and teams to slow down enough to think clearly, test assumptions, and work through difficult trade-offs when the stakes are high and certainty is limited. In team settings, he creates clear structure and space for honest conversation and shared responsibility—so teams can address hard topics, make decisions they can stand behind, and leave with clear ownership of what follows.
Alongside coaching, he convenes practitioner conversations in the maritime sector, including conference and executive roundtable formats.
Voytek holds an Executive Master’s in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, an MSc in International Transport Management from the State University of New York, and an MSc in Ocean Navigation.

Anna is an internal medicine physician and a certified lifestyle medicine physician, with a clinical and research background in gastroenterology.
At SeaMind, she works with leaders on the conditions under which decisions are made rather than on the decisions themselves — how sleep, nutrition, physical activity, recovery and sustained stress influence attention, cognitive function and judgment.
With Voytek, she designs and delivers LeadState™, SeaMind’s workshop on how physiological state affects judgment under pressure and what can be done about it in the moment. She also speaks on health as an input to leadership capacity rather than as a separate wellbeing question.
Anna holds an MD and PhD in Medicine from Pomeranian Medical University and is certified by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine. She has undertaken further training through Harvard Medical School and the Longevity Education Hub.

Larry Hirschhorn is an Affiliated Partner of SeaMind Blue Ocean, a Principal and co-founder of CFAR, and Program Director of CFAR’s Dynamics of Consulting programme.
Trained as an economist and later as a psychoanalytically informed organizational consultant, Larry’s work connects the realities of business and organizational life with the dynamics of individual and group decision-making. He works with leaders and teams when the apparent problem does not fully explain what is happening; when decisions get stuck, familiar patterns recur, or questions of authority and relationships complicate the work. His approach is practical: understanding what is going on here, what that understanding suggests, and what the next step might be.
Larry has also helped develop the organizational working note, a method for communicating an organizational diagnosis in a way that can itself become an intervention. He has consulted to organizations including Penn Medicine, Georgetown University, Bristol Myers Squibb and KPMG.
Larry is a founding member and former President of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO). He holds a PhD in Economics from MIT and has taught at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton and Fielding Graduate University. Akanksha has been an active member of the maritime community in Singapore. In 2020, she was appointed by the Singaporean government to serve as Singapore’s Goodwill Maritime Ambassador to the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Akanksha is also serving as the Chairperson of the Young Executives Group (YEG) and a Council Member of the Singapore Shipping Association (SSA), engaging with, and advocating for young maritime executives and professionals. She also sits on the Board of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School Alumni Association.

John Banaszkiewicz, commonly known as John B, co-founded Freight Investor Services (FIS) in 2002, growing the company over subsequent years into one of the world’s leading freight and commodity brokers. FIS is a leader across commodity markets including Iron Ore, Steel and Scrap, Coking Coal Fuel Oil, Fertilizers, Tanker, and Air Freight.
FIS has been at the forefront of the decarbonization of shipping and is actively developing products to equip stake holders of the maritime industry with practical tools to manage risks and seize opportunities as this transition unfolds.
Prior to founding FIS, John spent 11 years at Cargill International in a variety of roles. John’s determination and diligence in building liquidity was instrumental in the creation of the multi-billion dollar FFA and Iron Ore Futures markets.
John is also the Chairman of The Forward Freight Agreement Brokers' Association (FFABA), an independent association of FFA broking Baltic Exchange members.
He can regularly be heard speaking at shipping and financial market conferences worldwide on freight and commodity derivatives. He is married to Tracy, with four children, lives in London, and sits on the board of directors of Burnley Football Club.

Susan Goldsworthy OLY is Affiliate Professor of Leadership, Communications and Organizational Change at IMD. An Olympic finalist, European & Commonwealth Games medallist, Susan has more than 20 years of corporate experience in large multinationals, (Japanese, American and European), where she held senior executive positions.
For more than a decade she has run her own successful business in leadership development, executive coaching and change communications. She is passionate about working with people to turn knowledge into behaviour and to increase consciousness about our interconnectivity in this magical, more-than-human world.
She has worked extensively in the fields of change, communication, diversity, leadership development for teams and individuals, and executive coaching. She is associate director of CLEAR (Cultivating leadership Energy through Awareness and Reflection), IMD’s senior leadership program and Academic Director of IMD’s Coaching Program.
Susan is co-author of three award-winning books: Care to Dare, Unleashing Astonishing Potential through Secure Base Leadership; Choosing Change, How Leaders and Organizations Drive Results One Person at a Time; and recently-released Where the Wild Things Were, a storybook for all ages about leadership, responsibility, hope and biodiversity loss. Paul Ambrose is a software entrepreneur and an angel investor.
Paul is the Co-founder of WebLogic and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. WebLogic was acquired by BEA Systems (subsequently acquired by Oracle), where Paul served as Vice President.
WebLogic is a server software application that runs on the middle tier, between back-end databases, related applications, and browser-based thin clients. Paul Ambrose, Bob Pasker, Laurie Pitman, and Carl Resnikoff founded WebLogic, Inc. and worked together to pursue what eventually became the “Weblogic Application Server”. BEA Systems acquired WebLogic, Inc. in 1998, and Oracle Corporation acquired BEA Systems in 2008. Following the success of the Java platform, the term application server sometimes refers to a J2EE or Java EE 5 application server.
Paul has a wealth of software industry and entrepreneurial experience which includes consulting and management in software engineering with companies such as Apple Computer, DHL Worldwide Express, PetroVision, Scopus Technology, and Quintus Corporation.
